In this meeting we connected at 8 o'clock and started at 8:10 at night talking about the document Our Brains Are No Match for Our Technology, in which he mentions the scope of technology in our minds and especially the progress that she has had over time to manipulate us, as Edward mentions, and it is that our big problem is Paleolithic emotions, medieval institutions and divine technology. Because we are not capable of handling technology, but it handles us in a rush.

He tells us about privacy problems and it has been exposed to a large number of people who often use them to harm or manipulate. Likewise, the affectations of the brain of adolescents today, because they have entered so much into technology that in some cases it is very difficult to remove them and even more so because they are not controlled at any time.

We are not able to make our brain look for the truth, because we have it adapted only to what it can see.

During the section it is very important to highlight the participation of the whole group and the conversation they are trying to show.

Regarding the document, in my opinion, technology is a great tool today, but as long as we know how to use it, we should not be in it all the time without any control, much less without the proper way in our minds. We must be able to tell when to stop because we cannot allow her to drive us.

Analysis of the event: 

I think that technology is not being visualized in the best way and much less trying to help our space, that is why I consider that we must work on the following aspects:

The misuse of technology.

The effects of technology on our brain.

The manipulation of technology in our mind.

Thinking humanely to make technology.

Reflection

During the section I felt really frustrated and exhausted, I did not want to continue with this process, I feel that many times as a teacher we do not sit in the position of the students and believe that they cannot make mistakes, much less not understand some situations.

From my point of view, a teacher is there to guide the students' learning process and provide all the necessary tools so that they can learn with commitment, but I think something is wrong; many times we do not know why they are happening and at this time with technology it is a very strong tool in society that many times closes people's minds and forces them not to think and above all to be manipulated by these elements.

technology distances people from the reality in which they are living and I think that today it was very difficult in each of the points to touch because each criterion is valid and above all each point of view.
